About
I graduated as a midwife 2007. Through the years I´ve been working at delivery wards and aftercare both in Finland and Sweden. The last few years I've mostly worked with maternity care where I meet women with normal pregnancies and women with complications. My speciality is taking care of women who have fear of birth. This spring I´m going through an education to become a Birth without fear instructor which will give me even more tools to support and empower women and their families.
Passion
Being a midwife is for me more than just a job, it's a part of my identity. It's an honor to be a part of a very important time in a woman's life. My heart beats strongly for women with fear of birth and I do my very best to support and empower them. I´m also very happy to be a part of the Preglifes team, to be able to share experiences with other midwives and spread evidence based information to women all over the world.
