About
I am a Swedish midwife currently based in Lofoten, Norway. Back in 2012, I started my career as a nursing assistant at one of Stockholms delivery wards where I later advanced to become a nurse. In January 2016 I graduated as a midwife and have since then been working and attended births around the world in countries such as Tanzania, Indonesia, Norway and Sweden.
I also have an education in acupuncture during childbirth, which I use a lot in my work as I find it to be very beneficial for the women.
Passion
I have a big passion for my work. My commitment as a midwife is to be fully present to guide and support mothers and babies through the birth journey without judgement and full compassion.
My heart beats strong for all women, babies and new families around the world and I could not be happier to be a part of this network at Preglife where we all can reach out with important information. Especially now during times of isolation and distance.
