Relaxation exercises can also help reduce muscle tension and pain that can easily occur during pregnancy.Yoga, childbirth education and meditation are some good training forms where relaxation and breathing techniques are the focus. All these forms are recommended to be practised before giving birth, so if you haven't tried them yet, it's worth doing now!
